MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 5-7 years of relevant experience (industrial maintenance)
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
  • Must be results oriented with a strong desire to succeed

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience trouble shooting, diagnosing, updating, installing and repairing CNC, Mill Turns and/or precision machine tools
  • Experience working with mega-tronics
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Basic knowledge in AC and DC motor drive controls
  • Experience with PLC controls
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and machining equipment

RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOLLOWING:

  • Testing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machine tools including CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Performing adjustments, alignments and calibrations on equipment
  • Installing and upgrading new and current equipment to adhere to LEAN Principles
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are performed on a regular basis
  • Assisting with other duties, assignments, and projects as required
